Hi guys! It’s Sunday and time for some hours work on this tiny project I have going on here in Denmark: bringing the tiny house movement across the Atlantic. I’m currently working on three different models. I’ve posted some photos of one of them – and they now have names too! In Denmark old houses built in the 1920s had names if they were of a certain size. Having a big house meant having to name it. Today we don’t name our homes but I think it’s a nice thing to do when it comes to tiny houses since they contain so much personality. The SketchUp pictures I’ve posted is „Bakkely“ which directly translated means „Hill Shelter“. The other two are named „Reden“/“The Nest“ and „Sølyst“/“Lake Desire“. This is not a picture of Sølyst but I wanted to share it with you guys since I really love the idea of taking your home to a lakeside and I am gonna color Sølyst in these colors as well! Stay tuned and follow for more updates on the process #tinyliving #tinyhouse #tinyhousemovement #simpleliving #sustainable #lakeside #danmark by tiny.house.project
